How My Cruise Intel handles your information

What we collect

• Questionnaire answers, recommendation feedback, and anonymous usage events when you use the site.
• Pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, plus page and referrer information, to understand journeys across the site. These are not intended to identify you by name.
• Your email only when you choose to request emailed results or pricing/booking help.

How we use it

Questionnaire and feedback data help us improve the recommendation experience. An email is used to send what you requested. If you separately check the advisor-consent box, we share your email, recommendations, and relevant page context with a partner travel advisor for the pricing or booking follow-up you requested.

We do not sell personal information, and advisor consent does not change your recommendation or ranking.

Choices and third parties

Email and advisor consent are optional. The site uses browser storage for pseudonymous visitor and session IDs; clearing site storage removes those local identifiers. Analytics and any requested lead details are transmitted to the Supabase project configured for this site. External cruise-line and image-source links have their own policies.

Recommendation outcome feedback

If you use the feedback page to tell us what you decided and how a cruise went, we store your answers against an anonymous recommendation ID and session ID — never your name. This lets us compare what My Cruise Intel predicted to what actually happened and recalibrate over time.
